Hyderabad real estate sector added another feather to its cap as the ultra-luxury home sales in the city have reached approximately Rs 80 crore in the initial eight months of this year.
The data was revealed by real estate consultancy Anarock.
This number was influenced by two significant deals in the Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad.
According to Anarock’s report, a total of 25 luxury homes have been sold in India and the transactions took place in several cities, including Hyderabad and Mumbai from January 2024 to August 2024.
Anarock’s report further reveals that a total of 25 ultra-luxury homes were sold across major Indian cities, including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurugram, and Bengaluru, during January-August, and the value of these deals stood at Rs 2,443 crore.
Mumbai dominated the ultra-luxury market by registering 21 deals and 84 per cent of total transactions. The transaction was worth Rs 2,200 crore.
